Technology
STOLLAR is a well established manufacturer of window and door joinery from PVC, timber and from aluminium profiles on the European market. The quality of products is guaranteed by the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System Certificate, CE European Mark of Conformity, Technical Approvals issued by Institute of Building Technology in Warsaw and Quality Certificates confirmed by the suppliers of profiles, panes and ironmongery that.

PVC
The technology of stamping profiles from hard PVC has been under constant development for 30 years. Polyvinyl chloride, as this is its chemical name, is very durable, aging resistant material, owing to which the windows made from it continue to function reliably for several dozen years, their usable features being preserved within this time. This is the material mechanically resistant and also resistant to climatic factors, such as: rain, frost, window, UV radiation and temperature changes. It displays thermal insulation properties and also provides for the optimum acoustic insulation. With time, the windows will not change their shape and colour and are easy to keep clean.
Owing to the possibility of obtaining practically any shape of PVC profile, the windows easily blend into the structures of modern and historic architecture. In 2007, STOLLAR purchased the state of the art and fully automated production line for manufacturing the highest-quality PVC window and door joinery

timber
Windows and doors of STOLLAR are manufactured from the best species of Pine, Oak and exotic mahogany wood - meranti.
the technology of provides production from timber forces the very careful preparation of the material - the timber must be well dried up. The total automation of this phase is the guarantee for its proper conduct.
Bonding profiles from lamellas rather than, as in the past, completing them from solid timber, definitely eliminates the problem of their later warping. A three-layer plywood with parallel arrangement of lamellas holds much better technical parameters from the solid timber with the same cross-section. The square timber is subjected to further technical processing: dressing, capping, profile shaping, as a result of which the timber assumes the shape of the active window profile.
The profile from timber must be resistant to the operation of variable atmospheric conditions - humidity or wind pressure, and this is why its durability is the key factor. It is integrated by means of the pressure method. The durability is obtained owing to the finish coats from varnish: grounding layer, primer and finish layer. To meet the expectations of the market in 2008, STOLLAR installed the most modern line in Europe, manufactured by VERTEK, dedicated for varnishing and drying window elements

aluminium
Aluminium is the material displaying small density, good mechanical properties and resistance to corrosion. In its pure form, it is brittle, but in various types of alloys, its strength properties improve. About 25% of the production of this metal is used in the building engineering. In the stamping process, the frames of windows, doors, prefabricated structural elements of elevations, etc. are manufactured. The systems so made provide the possibility for designing and completing the complex aluminium and glass structures, whose popularity in the building engineering discipline has been increasing from year to year.
aluminium systems provide for the entire tightness for penetration of runoff water and penetration of air. Aluminium is one of the strongest building materials, nearly non-requiring any maintenance and perfectly insulating and durable. It holds the long lifetime and may be subject to recycling endless times. The new and abundant offer of aluminium profiles of STOLLAR allows the individual approach as to any implementation.
